Return and Refund Policy

We only guarantee the health of our baby birds raised by us through our own personal bird stock. We do not guarantee breeder birds. 

We give 24 hours after pick up to take it to a licensed avian vet to have it checked, at buyers expense, for any diseases or pre-existing illness while it was in our care (read sales contract for more details). We recommend that you schedule an appointment with a avian vet before picking up the bird. Too many things can happen that is out of our hands when the bird leaves here. Crazy things like leaving it in a car to stop at the store. There are things that can happen that was not intentional from inexperience or accident.  Due to this, we only give a 24 hour window to show that the bird is healthy after leaving here. If the licensed avian vet finds that it has a pre-existing disease or pre-existing illness, upon the return of the bird with written documentation from the vet of the pre-existing disease or pre-existing illness, we will refund the purchase price of what you paid for the bird (per price written in the sales agreement you signed upon picking up the bird) within 72 hours. Zelle is preferred to issue any refunds. If you choose not to take it to a avian vet, we recommend that you thoroughly inspect the bird before purchasing it.
